HANDYMAN – MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, Balfour

Location: Balfour Branch

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands-on Handyman to join our Mechanical Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for general maintenance, repair, and installation work across buildings, equipment, and machinery.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working as a Handyman
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Good command of English (additional languages advantageous)
• Good overall health (vision, hearing, and physical mobility)
• High level of safety awareness
• Willingness to work shifts when required
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Must have own tools

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general repair, maintenance, and installation tasks on buildings, equipment, and machinery
• Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and determine appropriate repair solutions
• Carry out work in line with planned maintenance schedules
• Repair and replace defective parts using hand and power tools
• Maintain accurate daily records (job details, equipment used, time allocation)
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Adhere to hygiene code of conduct requirements
• Perform ad hoc and additional duties as required
