Position Overview: In the dynamic realm of the commodity haulier industry, as the Operations Manager, you will play a central role in overseeing and orchestrating the complete spectrum of our client's transportation and logistics operations. Your core mission is to guarantee the seamless and efficient operation of day-to-day activities, fostering the company's capacity to attain its strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Resource Management:

Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, vehicles, and equipment, to meet operational goals and maintain cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's growth and financial objectives.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all transportation and logistics services meet quality standards and customer expectations. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage budgets related to operational expenses, closely monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.

Logistics and Distribution:

Lead the logistics and distribution teams to optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory management to meet customer delivery commitments.

Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards, implementing safety measures to protect employees, assets, and the environment.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
