Description

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning outcomes with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys turning complex requirements into successful solutions.

Key Performance Outputs

Plan, execute, and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
Track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure alignment with scope and budget
Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement
Translate business needs into clear project documentation (e.g., scope, process maps, UAT plans)
Lead project teams and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables
Drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
Produce regular reporting and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
PMP, PRINCE II, or equivalent certification (advantageous)
Proven experience managing projects end-to-end

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exposure to process improvement and systems optimisation
