Construction Project Manager, Pietermaritsburg

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc or BTech Construction Management / Building Science / Civil Engineering.
• Must be registered with SACPCMP as PrCPM or PrCM.

 • 10 years' experience post qualification in Construction Management, Building Works, General Civil Works,
• Competency in JBCC or NEC Contracts,
• Experience on Construction of Learning Center will be an added advantage,
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary professionals,
• Project scheduling, planning, and costing,
• Strong leader, good communicator and ability to work on his/her own and with a supporting team,
• Must have done projects from inception to completion,
• Competency in Microsoft Project and managing programme deliverables, 

#Must be willing to relocate to Pietermaritzburg, KZN.
