We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Litigator to join a dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Requirements:

• Admitted Attorney

• 2–4 years' post-articles experience in commercial litigation

• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and court processes

• Excellent drafting skills (pleadings, motions, and legal opinions)

• Ability to manage matters independently from inception to completion

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of commercial litigation matters

• Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions

• Represent clients in court and manage litigation processes

• Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders

• Ensure deadlines are met and matters are progressed efficiently
