Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medication and monitor residents’ health conditions
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, carers, and families
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration with SANC
• Proven experience in a care home, frail care, or similar environment
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
