RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL ADVISER for a leading financial services concern – position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.

Qualification (120 credits or more) would be an advantage but not essential.

RE5 qualification is a requirement (NQF5 required for more senior financial advisers).

Class of Business a requirement for Financial Advisers with 5yrs+ previous industry experience.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).

Must be fluent in English (be able to read, write and speak English).

Previous industry experience is required.

Would only suit target driven individuals.

Ability to network and establish relationships with clients.

Ability to explain complex information clearly.

Discretion and an understanding of the need for client confidentiality.

Extensive industry training and development is offered.

Salary package offered: - Training allowance for initial two months + excellent commission structure + benefits (medical aid pension fund + group life cover) + 13th cheque + annual bonus based on production + monthly bonus.
