An established and growing out-of-home (OOH) media owner is expanding its commercial structure and is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Sales Operations & Commercial Coordinator to join its team in Hilton.

Operating premium static and digital billboard inventory across KwaZulu-Natal, with national partnerships extending its footprint across South Africa, the business is scaling rapidly and embedding a more analytical, performance-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support

• Assist with proposal preparation and campaign setup
• Maintain accurate booking and flighting information
• Support CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
• Prepare structured weekly sales reports
• Capture and document client briefs accurately

Commercial Data & Systems Integrity

• Clean, reconcile, and maintain inventory and campaign data
• Validate system data across booking and reporting platforms
• Support Business Intelligence dashboard inputs
• Maintain site and campaign information across booking systems

Campaign & Flighting Coordination

• Track artwork deadlines and installation schedules
• Liaise with operations to confirm production timelines
• Maintain structured campaign checklists
• Support digital slot allocation tracking
• Assist in ensuring campaigns go live accurately and on time

Technology & Process Improvement

The successful candidate will:

• Use Excel confidently (formulas, lookups, validation tools)
• Explore AI tools to improve operational efficiency
• Support workflow optimisation initiatives
• Contribute to Business Intelligence development
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination between Sales and Operations
