Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Insurance or/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar Minimum of 5 years’ experience in motor insurance claims handling Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role Excellent knowledge of motor insurance claims processes and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality results (RE5) is advantageous Adhere to all FAISs fit and proper requirements
