Agrico is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and oversee our branch in Pietermaritzburg. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a passion for agriculture, strong customer focus, and the ability to guide a team to deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Agrico’s market share through strong, strategic leadership. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales, building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, overseeing brand performance, and guiding your team to achieve growth.About Agrico

Leadership&growth:

Provide strong, hands‑on leadership to the branch team, fostering a motivated and high‑performance culture. Drive sales and growth by identifying opportunities and expanding Agrico’s footprint in the region. Customer relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing dedicated service. Management:

Manage the daily branch operations, including administration, logistics, stock and overall profitability while fostering a productive working environment. Discipline and order:

Ensure disciplined execution of daily operations and maintain high standards of order and efficiency. Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Collaboration:

Work closely with the various sales, design and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience. Requirements

Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the agricultural or irrigation industry. Strong leadership ability with a passion for developing people and driving performance. High levels of discipline, organisation, and attention to detail. A good understanding of agricultural practices or irrigation systems. Irrigation design expertise will be advantageous.Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (Afrikaans would be an advantage). Willingness to travel within the region as needed. Valid Code 08 driver’s licence and access to reliable transport. Apply
