Description

A well-established  estate in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an experienced and highly professional Security Co-Ordinator Manager to join their team.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who remains calm under pressure, has excellent people management ability, and possesses solid operational security experience within estates or residential environments.

Key Requirements:


• PSIRA Grade A certification
• Minimum 5 years' security experience with a reputable company
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior management role
• Experience managing guarding contracts and security service providers
• Strong understanding of CCTV, electric fencing, access control and control room operations
• Ability to compile and implement service level agreements
• Strong communication skills in English and Zulu
• Valid Code 08 driver's licence
• Must be able to work flexible hours

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all security operations on the Estate, ensuring high service standards, managing service providers, coordinating security infrastructure and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents.

Must reside in PIETERMARITZURG
