Plant Manager Lead a High-Volume FMCG Production Operation A fast-growing, nationally recognised FMCG business is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to take full ownership of a high-performance beverage production facility.

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end plant operations across production and bottling
- Driving volume, efficiency, quality, and waste-reduction targets
- Leading production teams, supervisors, and shift structures
- Partnering closely with maintenance to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability
- Overseeing production planning, staffing, and resource allocation
- Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards
- Monitoring plant performance metrics and implementing process improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ FMCG manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years in a plant leadership role
- Beverage and bottling experience is absolutely essential
- Strong understanding of plant operations, production processes, and quality systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
- Experience working closely with maintenance and driving plant efficiency
