KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-end IT support across multiple care and retirement sites Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and user issues Management of third-party vendors (ISPs, Microsoft licensing, service providers) Microsoft 365 administration and licensing management Advising senior management on IT needs, risks, and improvementsOn-site support across locations as required REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 Tertiary qualification in IT (Diploma/Degree or equivalent) 3+ years experience in a similar role Has a good working history of IT and strong foundational knowledge Proven experience in IT support / IT administration Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows environment experience Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and non-technical usersHigh EQ, patient, approachable, and service-oriented Mobile, adaptable, and able to work independently Must have a valid driver’s license RUMUNERATION
R20,000 (Basic Salary) + Provident Fund
