ADMIN OFFICER

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. We are seeking a highly organised professional with strong administration, financial, operational, and leadership capabilities to ensure the efficient running of administrative and support functions across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished products.
- Oversee consumable stores processes, including ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing stock and non-stock items.
- Manage factory administration functions and site IT administration.
- Oversee financial administration, including cost accounting, asset management, budgeting, reporting, and audit processes.
- Manage welfare-related functions including guest accommodation, cleaning services, and garden maintenance.
- Ensure security management across operational sites.
- Lead, manage, and support teams to ensure operational efficiency and performance standards are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, production requirements, and Quality Management Systems.
- Support and maintain ISO and quality compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Core Mathematics
- Completed Commerce-related Degree (BCom / BCompt or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ administration/office experience, including financial and management systems exposure
- 3–5 years’ budgeting and financial management experience
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems
- Minimum 3–5 years’ people management experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ customer and supplier relationship management experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working on an ERP system (Syspro advantageous)
- Strong English communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite
- Basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems, internet navigation, and online systems
