Description
law firm based in Hilton is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Bookkeeper to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm’s financial records, trust and business accounts, and ensuring compliance with legal accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Experience working on LawPac is essential.

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric certificate
  • Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Legal Bookkeeper
  • Previous experience within a law firm is essential
  • Proficient in LawPac software
  • Sound knowledge of trust accounting and legal bookkeeping procedures
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
