Org de Rac Wine Estate has an exciting opportunity available for a detail-oriented individual with excellent bookkeeping skills and a structured approach to work, who enjoys working closely with a small team.The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): Monthly debtors reconciliation Sending debtors statement each month, followed by outstanding payment follow-ups Creditors reconciliation, age analysis, and monthly payment processing COD payments processing Bank reconciliation for different bank accountsMonthly stock reconciliation Management of petty cash Monthly cash flow reporting Budget figures for KPI meetings conducted monthly Assisting with EEA2 and EEA4 documentation Collection of salary information for auditors to process payroll POS control and cash-ups Monthly reconciliation of intercompany accountsAll other tasks related to the role.
