Sales Coordinator Admin, Pinetown

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Sales Coordinator Admin in Pinetown. The Sales Coordinator Admin will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales administration.

Customer Relationship Management/Administration assistance to the Sales team (e.g. Dynamics 365 systems upload, Quoting, Loading&Assigning of Leads etc)

Administration assistance to the Sales team.

Assist with setting up appointments for the Sales team through lead process and other.

Manage all incoming calls and forward to the necessary team member and take messages and forward to the relevant team member.

Generating Report&Consolidation Reports

Assist with Completing Vendor&Tender Documents

Follow up with clients on outstanding documentation etc

Travel arrangements eg booking of flights, car hire, accommodation for the Sales Team

Monitor In House systems for Leads&Generate Leads for the Sales Team

Requirements:

Graduate with Administration Degree/Diploma (or similar)

3 years’ experience in a sales or sale Co-ordinator role (Administration, Finance, PA, Secretary, Sales,etc.)

Administration experience

Experience working with CRM system Dynamics 365 Would be an advantage

Experience with tender processes
