Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a meticulous and reliable Stock Controller for a well‑established 5‑star boutique hotel and spa in Plettenberg Bay, part of a respected boutique hospitality group. This hands‑on role requires ownership of stock management across all departments while maintaining the high standards for which the property is known.Minimum Requirements

2–3 years’ stock control experience within a hotel, lodge or restaurant environment Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Experience with stock management or POS systems Understanding of F&B costing and procurement processes Ability to work methodically and independently Valid South African driver’s licence Stable work history with contactable references Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular stock counts across all departments including F&B, housekeeping, spa and maintenance Manage and process all stock orders, deliveries and supplier invoices Maintain accurate stock records and identify variances promptly Monitor par levels and flag low stock timely Ensure correct storage, rotation and labelling of all stock Assist with month‑end reporting and stock reconciliationLiaise with department heads on stock requirements and discrepancies Support cost control initiatives across the property Package
