Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management or General Manager role within luxury boutique hospitality Relevant hospitality or tourism qualification Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, and cost control) Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a close‑knit team Sound knowledge of HR legislation and practicesExperience hosting agents, media, and VIP guests Understanding of sustainability practices within hospitality Strong administrative and computer literacy Valid PrDP essential Impeccable references and clean employment track record (non‑negotiable) Key Responsibilities

Full general management of all hotel departments and daily operations Financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting HR leadership including recruitment, training, and performance management Build strong relationships with guests, staff, agents, community, and partners Drive continuous improvement of guest experience across all touchpointsCustodian of operational equipment and hotel assets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability standards Uphold and champion company values and culture throughout the team Ideal Candidate Profile
