Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in a senior management role within luxury boutique hospitality Relevant hospitality or tourism qualification Strong financial acumen– budgeting, forecasting and cost control Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a close‑knitted team Sound knowledge of HR legislation and practicesExperience hosting agents, media and VIP guests Familiarity with sustainability practices in hospitality Computer literate with solid administrative skills Valid PrDP Impeccable references and a clean track record– non-negotiable Key Responsibilities

Full general management of all hotel departments and day‑to‑day operations Financial management including budget oversight, forecasting and reporting HR leadership including staffing, leave, training, performance management and development Relationship building with staff, guests, agents, the local community and industry partnersDrive product development and continuously elevate the guest experience across all touchpoints Custodian of all operational equipment and lodge assets Implement and uphold health, safety and sustainability standards Champion the group's values and culture throughout the team and operation Who You Are
