Based: Groblersburg, Limpopo

Salary: R 20 000 to R 30 000

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• 5–7 years' experience in hotel operations required
• Oversee daily hotel operations & ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Manage multi-department teams: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa & Maintenance
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency & service standards
• Implement policies, procedures & performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Partner with the General Manager on budgets, forecasting & cost control
• Lead, motivate & develop high-performing teams
• Resolve guest concerns quickly & professionally
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
