Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance within your allocated territory through structured planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts.
• Conduct daily field visits to maximise territory coverage and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams including business development, marketing, and customer success.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and execution of marketing initiatives in your region.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market insights.
• Track and report on sales performance and conversion metrics.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Support operational compliance, including fleet and administrative requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory.
• Grade 12 qualification (tertiary qualification advantageous).
