Job Title: Barman / Waiter

Location: Limpopo
Salary: R6 100
Live-in position / Meals not included

Job Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take and serve food and beverage orders professionally
• Deliver exceptional guest service at all times
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Manage bar stock and assist with stock control
• Work closely with kitchen and hospitality staff to ensure smooth service
• Ensure guests enjoy a professional and welcoming experience

Requirements:

• Previous bar experience essential
• Hospitality experience essential
• 3-5 years relevant experience within a professional restaurant or 4/5 Star Hotel / Lodge.
• Waitering experience in a lodge, hotel, or restaurant environment
• Good knowledge of beverages and basic wine service
• Well-presented and professional
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable working in a remote bush environment
