Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals (buffet&à la carte)
Maintain exceptional food quality, hygiene, and service standards
Manage stock, procurement, and supplier relationships
Control budgets, food costs, and resource usage (gas, water, electricity)
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff effectively
Monitor and maintain FIFO stock management practices
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Perform financial reporting and kitchen administration
Plan and develop menus aligned with lodge standards
Maintain strong interdepartmental collaboration
Salary Negotiable based on experience and qualifications (includes 5% Provident Fund contribution; medical aid optional)
