An established player in the payments and fintech space is looking for a driven Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined territory, grow market share, and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance within your allocated territory through structured planning and execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and growth.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and support lead generation efforts.

Conduct daily field visits to maximise territory coverage and customer engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams including business development, marketing, and customer success.

Ensure strong brand visibility and execution of marketing initiatives in your region.

Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market insights.

Track and report on sales performance and conversion metrics.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records.

Support operational compliance, including fleet and administrative requirements.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.

Strong relationship‑building and customer engagement skills.

Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Self‑driven with the ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory.

Grade 12 qualification (tertiary qualification advantageous).
