Job Duties

Collaborate with other departments to create memorable dining experiences for a la carte guests

Assist with special events, conferences, and themed dinners

Manage budgets and inventory control

Requirements

Extensive culinary experience

Passion for innovative cuisine

Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively

Experience maintaining food quality and presentation standards
