Job Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 4–5 star hotel or luxury hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and manage kitchen teams

Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and high‑end food presentation

Solid knowledge of health, safety, and HACCP compliance

Experience with budget management, cost control, and stock/inventory systems

Creative flair with a passion for innovative and contemporary cuisine

Ability to collaborate with hotel management and events teams

Culinary qualification (advantageous)

Package

Salary: R28 000– R35 000 per month (depending on experience)
