Associate Tele-underwriting Consultant, Port Elizabeth

Our client has an opportunity available for an Associate Tele-underwriting Consultant based in Port-Elizabeth.

Requirements:

• Exceptional telephonic skills.
• Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology.
• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Matric with Mathematical Literacy or NFS achievement level 3.

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover and other questions that may arise after the online capture of new electronic proposal applications on the system.
• Ensure that agreed targets are met of the internal service level agreement.
• Ensure quality assurance of all captured information and where necessary, escalating any issues appropriately.
