- Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts
- Plan and organize daily work schedules to call on existing or potential accounts or sales
- Resolve customers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plan and monthly analysis
- Submit orders by referring products and price to internal salesperson
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
