- Complete salary run
- Monthly journals for salaries of different departments
- PAYE returns
- Monthly clock card input/updates and validation
- Complete and submit MIBCO (Bargaining Council) returns
- Administration of benefits, funds e.g. Provident Fund, Medical Aid, Union Subscriptions etc.
- Assist with the completion of IOD claim forms and administration
- Administration and payment of garnishees
- Updating monthly fringe benefits
- Calculation of termination pay
- Termination of employees on the payroll system
- Amending sick leave records and processing annual leave applications
- Complete sick, accident and maternity fund claims and submit timeously to the Bargaining Council
- Receiving sick claim payments from the Bargaining Council and allocating them to the correct account
- Dealing with all administration issues pertaining to HR/employees
- Assist new employees with the completion of employment documents
