Bookkeeper, Port Elizabeth

My client is seeking to appoint a deadline driven, bookkeeper who is diligent, proactive, able to work independently and copes well under pressure and is able to work with large volumes.

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

• Managing a portfolio of + / - 10 sets of books.
• Books to trial balance.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Journal reconciliations.
• Debtors and creditors.
• Reconciliation of VAT and PAYE.

Candidates applying need to have obtained their tertiary qualification and have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience. Must be Excel and Pastel proficient.
