  • Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be proactive and utilize a problem-solving mind set to all tasks
  • Maintaining monthly accounts up to trial balance level
  • Review and administration of Debtors and Creditors u
  • Maintaining relative financial control sheets i.e., Fixed asset register, Stock control sheet, Equipment servicing control sheet, any additional financial control sheets as required
  • Proactive follow up on overdue customer accounts
  • Supplier invoice and payment management
  • Cash Flow Forecasting
  • Submission of external claims/preparing claims where necessary
  • Petty cash control
  • Generation of financial reports as required by MD for management of branches
  • BCom Accounting Degree and at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience
