Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: As a Senior Site Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of wind turbines. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Your Responsibilities:

1. Technical Troubleshooting:

• Investigate and analyze equipment issues, generating comprehensive reports.
• Manage daily site operations, including project and customer technical management.
• Oversee technical material logistics, materials, warehouse, and project files management.
• Collect project-related information and report issues promptly.

2. Maintenance and Reporting:

• Lead the maintenance team in conducting annual maintenance and record-keeping.
• Prepare wind turbine site operation reports and RCA fault reports.
• Drive equipment performance improvements, technical transformations, and new equipment installations.

3. Problem-Solving and Communication:

• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with HQ technical control departments and customers on technical matters.
• Supervise on-site equipment, tools, and facilities for optimal functionality.

4. Team Development:

• Lead technician teams and enhance their skills through training.
• Edit and audit WTG technical-related documents.
• Ensure proper control and management of on-site technical documentation.

Your Qualifications:

Certificates:

• GWO Certificate
• Electrician Certificate
• Working at Heights & Rescue Certificate

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience

Basic Skills & Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Emails
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Familiarity with windfarm, substation, and transmission line construction activities
• Understanding of OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001
• Knowledge of applicable legislation
