Hi all! I'm looking for a room or private unit for a 6-month period starting July 1st.

Timeline: July 1 - November 30

Budget: I'm aiming for around R200/day. I am more than happy to negotiate a separate arrangement for electricity to ensure fairness for the host.

Tenant Profile: Professional, quiet, and tidy.

References: Excellent references available from my current landlord regarding my reliability and payment history.

I am also keeping an eye on Airbnb for long-term options, but if you have a space available that fits this description, please reach out! I'm looking for a straightforward, respectful arrangement.
