Core Labeling ResponsibilitiesLabel and annotate data such as audio, text, images, or video according to provided guidelinesTranscribe audio recordings with high accuracy, including speaker changes and timestamps (when required)Ensure high accuracy and consistency in all data labeling tasksFollow project-specific instructions, taxonomies, and annotation rulesIdentify and flag ambiguous, unclear, or low-quality data for reviewMeet productivity and accuracy targets within assigned deadlinesReviewer / QA Responsibilities (as applicable)Review and validate labeled data to meet quality standardsProvide clear, actionable feedback to improve labeling accuracyIdentify trends in errors and escalate issues to team leadsSupport calibration and training efforts to maintain consistency across labelersGeneral ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team leads, QA teams, and AI/ML engineers when neededMaintain data confidentiality and comply with security and privacy policiesRequired QualificationsNative or near-native fluency in at least one listed languageStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructionsStrong listening and comprehension skills, especially for audio-based tasksBasic computer skills and familiarity with web-based toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong written communication skills in English sufficient to follow detailed instructions and collaborate with a remote teamAbility to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracyPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree preferredPrevious experience in data labeling, transcription, annotation, or QA rolesExperience working with audio transcription or voice-related dataFamiliarity with AI, machine learning, or NLP conceptsExperience using annotation tools or platformsMultilingual capabilities beyond one required languageExperience reviewing or auditing work (for QA/reviewer track)Skills & CompetenciesExcellent focus and precisionTime management and organizational skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingAdaptability to changing guidelines and workflowsStrong collaboration and team-oriented mindsetAbility to provide and receive constructive feedback (for reviewer track)Compensation & GrowthOpportunities for ongoing work and increased volume based on performanceClear growth path from Labeler Reviewer / QA rolesWork EnvironmentFully remote, globally distributed teamStructured workflows with ongoing training and supportPerformance-driven culture with opportunities for advancementApply here:
