Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance through proactive customer engagement and relationship building
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
• Represent the brand professionally and consistently within the local retail environment
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Support in-store operations where required to ensure a seamless customer experience

Minimum Requirements

• Significant retail experience, ideally with leadership or supervisory exposure
• Ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment
