Our client in the logistics industry is currently looking to employ a reliable Accounts and Admin Clerk to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.
Half day position from 08h00 – 14h00 (Monday – Friday)
Salary: R10,000 per month

Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Previous experience in an accounts and administrative role.
- Proven experience with account reconciliations and high-volume invoice processing.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
- Process and manage a large volume of invoices accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and account queries.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
- Assist with courier bookings and tracking (knowledge of courier portals is advantageous).
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative duties.
