The farm includes 63 Hectares of irrigated land, of which 12 hectares are newly planted Lucerne, and the rest established Lucerne. There is also 2 hectares of Pecan nuts with Lucerne, irrigated with sprinklers. Additionally, there is 193 hectares of natural grazing, 73 hectares of Ou lands/Eragrostis grass, and 20 hectares of Teff grass. There are also several hectares of arable/dry land for growing crops.
