Contract Manager

is responsible for managing the execution of Customer Contracts at RDM Boskop Site. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and coordinate all aspects related to the Artillery Charges Contracts; Manage all aspects of a sales order in the SAP environment; Manage designated contracts with regards to schedule, scope, and risks;Generate and maintain a delivery schedule with inputs from all stakeholders; Keep project stakeholders informed on progress and aligned throughout the course of the project by providing timely communication; Drive decision-making to ensure the contract moves forward; Monitor and ensure adherence to legal requirements, policies, procedures, and other RDM standards to ensure safety;Provide Marketing and Production support; Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers; Ensure effective and continuous communication. WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree) qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years' experience in the management of contracts.Experience in defense-oriented products and projects would be advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Proficiency in SAP. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict management skills. Excellent communication, planning, and organizing skills. Experience in line management functions required.Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and self-motivated.
