Project Manager, Pretoria

We are seeking a pro-active, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized project manager to start-up and
oversee our solar energy department. The successful candidate must be a qualified electrical
engineer (National Diploma/B Tech/Degree) or electrician with a hands-on electrical background and
with strong communication skills. Experience in solar and/or sales would be advantageous.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• Electrical Engineer Degree/B Tech or similar (must have practical experience)
  AND / OR
• Qualified Electrician with Wireman's License (must be excellent communicator)
• Management Development programme will be advantageous
• Valid Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License
• Excellent computer skills (incl. Microsoft)
• Day-to-day operational and business management
• Project Management and Planning
• Completing and submission of tenders and quotes
• Compiling costing models and budgets
• Design work
• Managing a team of people
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, and systems
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical design and maintenance processes
• 2 years Solar systems and installation experience
• Strong Sales experience
