and Frankfurt we have an immediate position for a professional and ambitious Architect / Construction Engineer as Project Manager.

As a project management office, we deal with the development and control of commercial real estate,
hotels and residential complexes in the areas of new construction and refurbishment. In addition to
project management and controlling, which is our core business, we also advise our renowned clients
on the acquisition of real estate. Exciting projects, open lines of communication, flat hierarchies as

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Active control and monitoring of costs, deadlines and building qualities of demanding construction projects
• Responsible contact person for our clients and builder-owners
• Various tasks in the areas of project control and management, technical due diligence, monitoring and controlling in planning or for buildings under construction

PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering
• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management (preferably at an architectural firm or general contractor)
• Experience with creating project calculations as well as in the scheduling of project, planning and construction processes
• Precision and experience in creating and evaluating functional specifications
• Knowledge of construction, planning and contract law
• Highly motivated and committed
• Mobility
• Confidence in negotiations and contracting
• Ability to integrate, organisational talent and goal-oriented thinking
