Scrum Master, Pretoria

Looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development practices and principles, coaching the team to ensure successful deliveries of product roadmap and customer commitments.

Duties

- Coaching the product development team to deliver on a committed roadmap and customer commitments.

- Break down tickets into the smallest testable units of functionality, in order to enhance the team's ability to track progress.

- Ensure a balanced product delivery of roadmap features and technical compliance (PSAT).

- Facilitate the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identifies and removes any impediments or roadblocks that may prevent the team from achieving its goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

- Strong understanding of software development practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps.

- 3+ years of enterprise Scrum Master experience.
