Dispatch Manager, iSithebe

• Utilizes computerized work order systems to determine job assignments,

  (1) Accounts for the scheduled work and maintains knowledge of the status and location of the staff throughout the workday to accomplish review of work performed and/or reassignment of uncompleted work.

  (2) Receives requests for orders and consolidation from planning and execute order as per consolidation.

  (3) Prepares performance evaluations for dispatch staff.

  (4) Performs related duties as assigned. Has a significant goal to maximize orders and improve delivery, as well as reducing delivery delays by diagnosing problems and providing effective customer support over the telephone.

  (5) Prompt communication on short load or on balances before delivery leaves the company

  (6) Assist in stock take

Qualifications:-

• Matric
• Dispatch eperience
• Certificate or Diploma in Production Management

Experience:-

• Excellent IT skills; specifically Microsoft Word,AdvExcel & powerpoint
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Min 3 years dispatch experience.
