Education and Experience required:

• Matric/Grade 12 /NSC
• 3 years plus former experience at a law firm(s)
• Experience and knowledge of caselines / courtsonline
• Firm work history

Skills and Abilities required:

• Secretarial and administrative tasks involving amongst others: printing, filing incl. caselines/courtsonline, arranging consultations, paginations, opening and organising files, answering telephones, arranging travel and accommodation;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good writing skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Attentive to deadlines, time frames and time management
• Be a team player
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
• Must have a professional attitude
• A hardworking, loyal, dedicated and honest person
• Computer literate, good experience of Ms. Word, Ms. Excell and Ms. Outlook
• Must have a valid driver’s license
