Debtors Administrator, Pretoria

Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria: DEBTORS ADMINISTRATOR (x2)
Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional female aged 30+ years
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Minimum 3 years recent Debtors experience a must, including Debt Collection experience
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Attention to detail (meticulous and accurate)
-Driver’s license and own vehicle
-Willing and able to travel to clients around in Gauteng
-Assertive, analytical and responsible
-Stable employment record and contactable reference
-To start as soon as possible
Work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 07h30am – 16h00pm
Duties:
-Full Debtors administration function for Insurance Brokerage company
-Debt Collection
-Maintaining client relationships
-Cleaning up of debtors book
-Calling and meeting with clients (travelling required around Gauteng)
-Data entry and record keeping
Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 20 000.00 gross maximum (depending on experience) + provident fund
