VACANCY: General Administrator

Location: Moreleta Park
Salary: R10 000 CTC
Company: Electrical & Plumbing Services

Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking a versatile General Administrator to support our finance, orders, and operations functions. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) required

  • Minimum 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a trades or service environment

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Basic finance and bookkeeping knowledge

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with finance tasks, including invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping

  • Manage purchase orders, track stock, and liaise with suppliers

  • Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required
