Introduction
A Sheet Metal Manufacturing company in Pretoria West is seeking a Draughtsman for an immediate start.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Interpret various drawings and convert them into Solidworks designs.
• Manage assignments and communicate tasks to the CAD team.
• Attend and contribute to Production meetings.
• Create detailed drawings in Solidworks based on specifications.
• Perform quality checks on completed designs.
• Prepare data packages and cutting files.
• Understand and apply bending, laser cutting, machining, and welding processes.
• Use measuring tools effectively.
• Collaborate with the quality department.
• Identify components in relation to drawings and make necessary adjustments.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Matric with Technical Drawing as a subject.
• Solidworks (Sheet Metal) and AutoCAD experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience using measuring equipment like tape measures and verniers.
