About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join this reputable and mission-driven organization based in Hermanstad, Pretoria West. This is an ideal role for a newly qualified CA(SA) with 1 to 2 years of post-articles experience who is eager to step into a pivotal finance leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and sign off financial statements in compliance with IFRS

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings

• Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Lead the audit process and liaise with external auditors

• Provide financial insight and strategic support to senior management

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant CA(SA) designation (essential)

• 1–2 years post-articles experience (preferably within manufacturing or FMCG, but not essential)

• Proficient in IFRS, financial reporting, and management accounting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work on-site in Hermanstad, Pretoria West
