A well established Accounting Firm, based in Montana Pretoria is looking for an eager Administrator to join their team. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Submission of CIPC Annual Returns
  • Submission of Beneficial Ownership Register (BOR) reports
  • Payroll processing
  • Basic bookkeeping (Pastel knowledge would be an advantage)
  • Filing and general administrative duties
  • Collating information from clients
  • Loading eFiling returns and payments
  • Client follow-ups and calls
  • Computer literate: Word; Excel; Email
  • Eager to learn
  • Own Transport - Willing to go to clients; fetch and deliver books from clients etc. [We will reimburse travel costs].

Lives in Pretoria preferably. 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

- Administration Experience 

- Interest in the Accounting field 

- Attention to detail
