Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is looking for a Service Delivery Manager.
Position Overview The SDM will be responsible for ensuring that all SLAs are met for our service and support contracts. The SDM must maintain communication with clients and prepare and present service reports.
Key responsibilities include timely service delivery of customer solutions, accurate reporting, effective communication, team management and building solid relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Management of service delivery cycle
Management of service assurance cycle
Monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver
Ensure efficient handover process between sales, procurement and finance
Manage 3rd Party provider service delivery
Establish long‑term relationships with customers, driving loyalty and proactively seeking ways to increase efficiency or save costs
Relevant reporting on process
Incident&Request Tracking
Stock Management
Account Management
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 essential
Telecoms industry experience non‑negotiable (at least 4 years)
Project Management&Service Management qualification/certification
Solid understanding of the Project Delivery cycle
Exceptional problem‑solving skills and ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with a team and customers
Good verbal and written communication skills
Code B driver’s licence required
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and strategic mind
Customer driven
